AHRMM Board Chair and COO – CCS Medical
As CCS Medical’s Chief Operating Officer, Steve Kiewiet is responsible for all company operations across 12 locations in the U.S., driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across business units. Kiewiet manages the company-wide project portfolio, focusing on expanding the company’s suite of services by leveraging technology to improve the patient, employee, supplier, and payor experience. He oversees 700+ employees, supporting revenue growth and driving operational profit.
Kiewiet has a strategic and diverse perspective of the healthcare industry supported by more than 12 years of direct patient care combined with over 20 years in healthcare and supply chain operations. His multi-faceted healthcare experience includes product management, pharmaceutical, and medical products sales/distribution, business development, and strategic sourcing. Kiewiet is a nationally recognized leader and innovator in healthcare supply chain, leadership development, and operational efficiency. He was featured in The Journal of Healthcare Contracting as one of the “Top 10 People to Watch in Healthcare Contracting.”
Before joining CCS Medical, Kiewiet served in several progressive sales and operations leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Intalere in St. Louis. Prior to Intalere, Kiewiet enjoyed success at BJC HealthCare, Cardinal Health, Defibtech, PSS World Medical, and MCR American Pharmaceuticals, building his career from sales and business development to manufacturing and operations executive leadership. His professional journey in medicine began with his 10-year career in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman.
Brent Wigington works for Intermountain Healthcare’s SCO as the Director of Operations Integration. His responsibilities include integrating operational best- practices in product conversions, project management, data analytics, finance, and continuous improvements. Brent has earned his Six Sigma black belt in Atlanta Georgia after saving a half-million dollars on two projects. He teaches “Lean Six Sigma” and “Change Management.” Brent has worked in the Supply Chain profession for over 30 years starting as Stephen R. Covey’s Director of Quality and Improvement. He has also completed his Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees.
Justin Mynatt is currently the Manager of Supply Chain Operations at the Greeley Hospital of UCHealth. He helped design the supply chain operations at that facility and has served in this capacity since its opening. Additionally, Justin helped to open the Longs Peak Hospital of UCHealth in 2017. Graduating from Doane College (NE) in 2007 with a Marketing degree, Mr. Mynatt has spent the predominance of his career in Supply Chain from the Receiving Dock through leadership roles. Justin has been married since 2009 to his wife Brooke and is the proud father of three beautiful girls.
Mario Zamarripa is a Supply Chain professional with over 15 years of experience in Healthcare. Mario possesses a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Master of Business administration degree from Arizona State University. In addition to his educational degrees, Mario is a Certified Materials and Resource professional from the American Hospital Association. Mario’s professional acumen is composed of experiences from the Financial Services, Hospitality, and Healthcare industries. During his healthcare career, Mario has supported organizations such as SmartPractice, Mayo Clinic, and HonorHealth. Currently, Mario serves as the Supply Chain Director, supporting HonorHealth’s Deer Valley and Sonoran Crossing Medical Centers.
