Hayden Byer

Presbyterian St. Luke’s/HPG – VP Resource Management

Hayden Byer is the VP of Resource Management for HealthTrust at Presbyterian St. Luke’s in Denver, is a CMRP with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is currently finishing his MBA from Bellevue University. Hayden has worked for HealthTrust for over twelve years and has a great commitment to the healthcare supply chain industry and his expertise, enthusiasm and leadership will be a great asset for the Colorado AHRMM community.


John Abele

Medline – Vice President of Corporate Sales

John Abele is the Vice President of Corporate Sales for Medline Industries and is responsible for distribution programs throughout the Western U.S.  John has worked for Medline for 7 years and prior was the Vice President of Sales for Professional Hospital Supply.  John has extensive experience working with GPO’s, health systems, and the vendor community on designing streamlined distribution solutions for the entire continuum of care.  John is a graduate of Pepperdine University and started his career working for Proctor & Gamble in the SF / Bay Area prior to moving into the healthcare arena.  He is married and has two children.

3m – Vice President Healthcare Systems

Christine Arme leads the US Key Account organization for the Medical Solutions Division within 3M Healthcare Business Group, which includes responsibility for large healthcare systems, group purchasing organizations and channel distribution within US. The Medical Solutions Division is the largest division within 3M and includes the newly integrated KCI/Acelity business acquired by 3M in 2019.

Christine has been in health care for 30+ years and has experience in both start-ups and scaled growth stage healthcare organizations in a domestic and international capacity. Her healthcare career includes leadership and individual contributor roles for companies such as McGaw (B. Braun), Pyxis (BD), Bridge Medical (Cerner), and various other healthcare startup companies, providing experience in IV/pharmacy products, software/EMR, capital equipment, infection prevention, and medical disposables.

Christine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a minor in speech communications from the University of Minnesota. She participates in the Healthcare Industry Distribution Association (HIDA) Acute Care Advisory Council and PPE Council, Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) Steering Committee on Bringing Back Procedures, Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI) Organization, Professional Women in Healthcare and is a board member of the Healthcare Strategic Accounts Council.

Christine resides in St. Paul, MN near 3M Corporate Headquarters and enjoys yoga, golf, camping and dogs.

Jodie Ehler

Jodie Ehler

Baxter – Area VP, West US Region, Hospital Products

Jodie Ehler serves as the Area Vice President of Sales for West Area at Baxter Healthcare. Her career reflects 19 years of service to Baxter’s mission to Save and Sustain lives. She is a sales leader responsible for innovative contracting solutions driving premium sales growth in the US Hospital Division at Baxter. She has built strong team culture by hiring and developing talent and empowering a diverse workforce. Her teams are responsible for IV portfolio, pharmacy, nutrition, inhaled gasses, Infusion devices, and all things involved in medication delivery to patients in the acute environment. Prior to Baxter she worked in long term care with continuum of care model that introduced her to her first Baxter sales representative which recruited her to Baxter and since then she has held multiple sales roles at Baxter. Jodie lives in Pacific Northwest with her husband, and three teen age children.

Owens and Minor – Enterprise VP

Gina Lubert is Vice President, Enterprise Southwest for Owens & Minor where she partners with internal leadership to develop and implement budgets, policies and strategic plans to achieve and/or improve the overall efficiency, cost effectiveness and patient care for Integrated Delivery Networks, Hospitals and Surgery Centers.

Prior to her role at Owens & Minor, Gina was Vice President of Sales at Getinge Infection Control and Surgical Capital Equipment and Solutions. Previously, Gina spent 13 years with Cardinal Health in the West Region including being a part of the CareFusion spinoff leadership team. Gina started her medical sales career with Columbia Diagnostics and Fisher Scientific in Clinical Laboratory Distribution as well as spending some time with McKesson’s Automated Healthcare division selling pharmacy automation.

Gina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Illinois Chicago and her Master’s in Business Administration at Roosevelt University in Chicago. She completed professional training courses including Six Sigma Sponsor and participated in the Sales Executive Council. When away from work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family including her granddaughter, Blakely, also exploring the great outdoors in the Southwest hiking, kayaking and riding in her Can Am UTV.
